"Felt a bit too expensive for me"
I might be overthinking it, but the prices just felt a little too high for what I got. Maybe it works for other people, but for me, I kept wondering if it was really worth what I paid

"I really wanted to like these, but..."
I really wanted to like these, but they just didn’t end up being that comfy. The fabric felt fine at first, but after wearing it for a bit my kid said it started feeling kinda scratchy. The fit was a little off too, tight in some places and loose in others. For the price, I was hoping they’d be softer. They’re not awful, but we don’t grab them very often...

"Wanted to feel better about buying from them"
I really wanted to like this brand, especially because they talk a lot about ethics. But when I actually went looking for details, I couldn’t find much clear information about their factory conditions or any third-party checks. From my experience, if a brand is going to make ethics a big part of their message, I need more than vague claims. I didn’t feel confident enough to buy from them again.

"Cute, but not as exciting as I expected"
I thought my daughter would be way more into this, but she didn’t really seem that interested. The items are cute and I liked them more than she did, honestly. I was expecting a bigger reaction, so it was a little disappointing, but it’s still nice overall.

"I don’t know why it costs so much"
I don’t know why the prices are as high as they are, but it just didn’t feel worth it to me. What I got was fine, I guess, but the quality was only okay. For the money, I expected more, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Wasn’t What I Expected"
I really wanted to like this because I usually feel better choosing organic items, but this one was kind of a letdown for me. The fabric felt rougher than I expected, and after a short time it seemed to shrink quickly. Maybe others won’t mind it, but personally I didn’t find it comfortable or worth buying again...

I figured this would be soft but not anything super special, and that’s exactly how it feels. It’s soft enough and comfortable, but it didn’t really wow me or change my mind

"Sizing was way off, and the emails made it more confusing"
I ordered a few pieces for my kid in their usual size, but the fit was really strange. The shirts were super wide but kind of short, and the pants were tight at the waist, so nothing really looked or felt right.

I ended up returning almost everything, which was frustrating enough, but then the email updates seemed to say one thing while the return info said another, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. Maybe these work better for other kids, but for us it was mostly a miss.

"Felt cheap after just one wash"
I was disappointed with this. After one wash, the fabric already felt rough and kind of thin... not what I expected at all. It just started feeling cheap really fast, so yeah, not too happy with it...

I ordered from Mightly the items themselves were fine. But their customer service was the annoying part. I had a simple question and somehow it took days to get a response, and when they finally did reply, it didn’t really answer what I asked. Not a total disaster, but they definitely dropped the ball there. I expected better...

"Returns were more hassle than they should’ve been"
I actually liked the clothes, but the return/exchange process really tested my patience. I just needed a different size, and somehow it turned into this drawn-out back-and-forth with slow replies and unclear instructions. I don’t have time to chase down basic info for a simple exchange. Unless they make returns a lot easier, I probably won’t order again

"Shipping took longer than expected"
The order itself was fine, I guess, and everything showed up in decent shape. But the shipping was really slow — almost two weeks later than what they originally told me. So yeah, good that it arrived, but I’m not exactly impressed

"Colors faded after a few washes"
I grabbed a couple of these shirts for my kid, they looked really cute when they first came in. The colors was bright and fun, so I thought they’d be a good buy.
But after only 3 or 4 washes, they already started looking dull and worn out. I washed them cold like the tag says, so I don’t really think it was something I did. For the price, I was disappointed and probably won’t buy them again.

"Fit was good, but the wait was annoying"
The sizing was pretty much right and the fit was good, just a tiny bit long on me. I do have to say, though, waiting for it to arrive was frustrating, especially since I was looking forward to wearing it

"Hard to use and frustrating"
Tried using mightly.com and got annoyed fast. Pages loaded slower than expected, and some buttons just didn’t do what I thought they would do.
Spent way too much time clicking around for basic info. On my phone, the layout felt messy, and had to keep going back and forth just to figure out what was happening.

Maybe the actual service is decent, but the website made me give up. Needs a cleaner design and a lot less confusion.

I couldn’t really get into Mightly. The colors and layout feel all over the place, and a few pages look half-done. Just not easy to look at, so I didn’t feel like sticking around.

"Cute, but I’m not sure they’re worth it"
I really wanted to love these because the clothes are super cute, but I’m a little disappointed. After just a few washes, the stitching on one of the shirts started to come loose, and the knees on the leggings got thin quickly. My kid isn’t especially rough on clothes or anything, so I guess I expected them to hold up better for the price.
